Happy New Year! I trust you enjoyed a joyful holiday season. As we step into 2024, I extend warm wishes and gratitude for your continued support of the Natural Gas Association (NGA). We recently had a member retreat where we reflected on 2023 and set goals for 2024. Here is an overview as well a clear vision of where we are going.

Reflecting on 2023 Achievements:

In the past year, NGA celebrated notable achievements:

• Strengthened our team with dedicated support staff and an Executive Director from ASG.
• Launched a Membership and Sales Support Partnership with ASG, boosting sales and improving the overall membership experience.
• Successfully hosted the 2nd Annual Natural Gas Summit at Chateau Elan, achieving valuable networking and knowledge-sharing.
• Realized a remarkable 12% increase in revenue and a 21% growth in membership.
• Established the NGA PAC, influencing legislative decisions and contributing to a favorable regulatory environment.
• Revamped the Marketing and Communications Committee, enhancing our brand presence and communication strategies.
• Engaged Reservoir Communications Group to amplify outreach and promote the value of our industry.Anticipating Growth and Impact in 2024:

Looking forward, our goals for 2024 are ambitious:

• Aiming for a 36% increase in revenue through robust membership growth, successful sponsorship sales, and increased registration fees.
• Strengthening our PAC to expand influence at the Capital and advocate effectively for our industry.
• Establishing a dedicated Sponsorship and Events Committee for enhanced collaboration and increased engagement.
• Striving to operate at a zero net income, ensuring efficient resource use and financial stability.
• Forging new partnerships and engagement avenues for our vendors to foster mutually beneficial relationships.
• Embracing inclusivity by actively involving our Municipal members in decision-making processes.
• Enhancing key events for greater engagement, increased influence, and valuable educational opportunities.
• Encouraging increased employee involvement from membership organizations by engaging them in committees.
• Executing targeted marketing initiatives to amplify our voice in the public sphere and foster deeper engagement within NGA.
